Customer Relationship Manager (Senior Managerial Level) – Arabic Speaker
The CRM will be working at a Senior Managerial Level; and s/he will be in charge of three main functions:
2.Customer Relationship development and Management
3.Customer Accounts Management
4.Strategy Development and execution
The candidate has to have massive experience working in Customer Relationship and accounts management in organizations that have an extremely high volume of customer transactions such as telecommunication, banking at the global level, or Government entities.
The candidate should have or should be directing managers in Customer service. Minimum work experience is around 15 years. The ideal person for this role would have a marketing background, experience in setting KPIs for the Department and measuring various metrics related to Customers, expertise in data cleansing and management. S/he should be an inspirational leader with business acumen, understanding of technology, the ability to drive multi-skilled teams with a strong bias for execution and collaborative working.
They will put the Customer at the heart of everything they do.
Skill set – 12-15 years experience
